I am passionate about feeling and looking great, and helping others to do the same. I could (and do) talk, learn, and think about nutrition and wellness every day.  While it doesn't consume me, it is incorporated into every part of my life. I de-stress with multiple jobs with yoga and love to be active outdoors.  Although I eat healthy most of the time, I definitely enjoy a burger and beer.  On that note...

If you're looking for the nutritionist who will tell you to bring carrot sticks to the birthday party or to eat a chicken breast with broccoli for dinner every night, I'm not your gal. Rigid rules and counting should be left to the sticklers and aren't the most effective way to get and stay healthy.  I work with you and your current lifestyle, and support, motivate, and guide you to make the right changes that will add up to big results over time.  Even my online programs are not a one-size fits all.  There is no such thing.
