1 cup raw cashews
1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2-1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Place cashews in a bowl and cover with water.
Soak in the refrigerator overnight.
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
